Shift: 2nd Shift  
Mon-Wed, 4pm - 4am + Thurs, 4pm - 4am (every other week)
Flexibility with hours required, as work during other hours/shifts may be needed

You will be working in a matrixed department with other Quality Assurance personnel to help introduce new products to the site as well as ensure that our existing product line delivers on our customer satisfaction promises.

What You’ll Do Here
- Perform daily/weekly audits to ensure employees are following process
- Do systematic problem solving to detect and fix quality issues as they arise
- Analyze data to determine where the quality issues are coming from
- Assist in new product testing through data collection and inspection

The Skills You’ll Bring
- Computer Skills that include Microsoft Office Suite
- Be able to perform basic data analysis that includes Pareto charting
- Problem solving using DMAIC system
- Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
