About the Role
Sidecar Health is looking for a highly motivated Litigation Counsel to join our Regulatory Affairs team. This role will be tasked with coordinating, preparing and maintaining regulatory filings and submissions for multiple health insurance products across multiple jurisdictions. In addition, this individual will be charged with project managing strict regulatory deadlines and deliverables, to include, but not be limited to, overseeing multi-faceted strategic plans, timelines, reporting/tracking requirements, and ensuring compliance with state and federal insurance product filing requirements, objection/comment responses, and policy fulfillment objectives.
This role will work closely with and support the Regulatory Affairs attorneys across all lines of business, to include, but not be limited to Fixed Indemnity, the Affordable Care Act, and Administrative Services Only products.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with an ability to handle the day-to-day administrative oversight required of the role, and in parallel, will be a strategic thought partner who is able to see the big picture and incorporate problem solving, critical thinking and tactical execution into their daily work.
