We are helping a growing real estate firm find a talented Senior Real Estate Assistant. This role is a project-based contract with the potential for future opportunities based on performance and company needs.
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage all real estate documents including purchase agreements, contracts, and closing statements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring all are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to assist in pricing strategies, comparable property analysis, and provide insights on market trends.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and office management tasks.
- Marketing Support: Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for property listings, including online listings, social media postings, and print advertising.
- Transaction Coordination: Facilitate and track the progress of all transactions from initial offer through to closing, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a real estate support role, with a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in real estate is a plus.
- Licensure: Real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
