Brand-led Change
Brand-led change (BLC) is a newer practice area at Siegel Gale focused on helping clients articulate their Purpose and brand promise and embed it throughout their organization to deliver on its full potential and achieve business results. This role blends a solid understanding of organization development, change management, leadership and people strategies with an appreciation of brand and its delivery from the inside-out. Our work spans employer branding and employee value proposition strategies, workforce communications, brand launch and employee engagement strategies, functional/organizational transformation initiatives, culture change and supporting messages and programs.

- You are a brander who has always wanted to go deeper on the internal employee and leadership side of making the brand promise come to life; or
- You have expertise in organization culture, employee engagement and internal change and think the best place to apply that expertise is through the lens of brand.
As a Brand-led Change Strategist at Siegel Gale, you will:
- Display a deep understanding of dynamics of clients’ businesses
- Independently translate a project into an appropriate work plan
- Actively define client challenges; rapidly identify core issues
- Convert research findings into actionable and value-driving insights (‘connect the dots’)
- Attend, transcribe or summarize and pull key insights from discovery interviews or focus groups with client stakeholders
- Design workshop approaches and help build workshop materials
- Create and defend a compelling, fact-based story that inspires action behind it
- Create ‘client ready’ deliverables and participate in client work sessions / presentations
- Collaborate across disciplines to bring Brand-led change strategies and programs to life
- Informally manage and mentor juniors
- Contribute to ideation methods and approach
- Assist team during new business pitch development
- Participate in and support the development of the Brand-led Change practice, its tools and methodologies
- Actively support with the education and socialization of Brand-led Change approaches within S G
You’re a great fit for this position if you have:
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong desire to contribute to our culture & growing practice area
- Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management aor comparable practical experience in organizational effectiveness, employer branding, change management, internal communications consulting
- Strong appreciation for the brand or customer experience space
- Ability to think about change from a creative and human perspective – while also valuing data and rational analysis (balancing the head and heart)
- Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment, with a general knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues
- An ability to simplify
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000.
