Coral Gables law firm needs a Legal Assistant for attorneys who specialize in community association law. Minimum 5 years’ experience and excellent organizational abilities required. Must be proficient in scheduling, digital document management, and be a team player.
Some Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Keep cases organized by maintaining files; monitoring calendars; documenting actions; inputting data into file database and case management software; reviewing incoming new cases.
- Preparation of meeting packages, demand letters, opinion letters and agreements;
- Able to work in a fast-paced group setting with a “can do” positive attitude.
Education:
Seeking a minimum of an associates degree or certificate for legal secretary or legal assistant; however, may substitute experience for qualified/skilled candidates.
