We're looking for dedicated people with the skills and vision to build a better tomorrow. Join our manufacturing team as a CCP / Saw Operator where you will perform all necessary functions to clean, de-burr, assemble/disassemble for machining, and prepare parts and components for inspection. You will become a member of the local bargaining union and assigned to work on 3rd Shift at our Olean, NY facility.
What are your responsibilities?
- Receive parts and components
- Work from routings, bills of material, and drawings
- Clean and prepare parts, components, and rotating equipment
- Assemble or disassemble components according to procedures maintaining all specific dimensions
- Perform operations including drilling, polishing, bolting, tapping, reaming, sanding, grinding, cleaning, bluing, doweling, leveling, aligning, fitting and layout of parts per procedure and drawings.
- Use cranes as required
- Operate saw
What will you need to qualify for this role?
- Candidates must achieve a passing score on the TABE test issued at One Stop. Call 716-373-1880 to schedule an appointment.
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Must pass our basic mechanical aptitude test given on-site
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds on a regular basis throughout the day.
