Role’s Expectations/Scope:

*Site leader in coordinating and developing SAP initiatives, digitalization/automation tool set including KPI dashboards, drill down to root cause, integration to data lake and other data sources

*Identify new opportunities to leverage technology to create business value that directly contribute to cost optimization, increased quality and compliance

*Enable LD SCM digitization strategy at site level by partnering with IT to propose new applications

*Process and Data Mapping in value stream sequence to enable optimal business outcome/value

*Interface to Data Translators in each function to define needed data views and analysis tools

*Governance of site level data in association with data governance function

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a SAP TIER 2, Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

*SAP Maintenance – Material Masters, BOMS, Routings – data entry

*Routine SAP Reports – Weekly, Monthly, including metrics reports

*SAP Data Requests

*Area SOP updates and assistance

*SAP testing support as needed

*SOX and other auditing groups representative for Cycle Count Reporting and data gathering

*Working with business functional data owners to complete business processes mapping to understand data flow and identify areas for improvement

*Business data analysis, modelling and logical local data source design with relational databases. This will enable the activity of the Data Translators in each function by providing views of the data in data mart (from multiple different data sources such as SAP, Quality systems, TDMS, Data Lake, Teamcenter)

*Curation of local and global data to enable paperless process. Responsible for governance and management of local data.

Working with IT for cloud services / servers to make data available locally.

*Co-ordination with Data translators in each function to provide visualization of trends & report generation (e.g. Power BI, Qlik).

*Working with wider LD SCM Data Analyst community

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

*Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance or related major.

*5 years' experience working with SAP in a similar industry.

*Knowledge of internal process across the Supply chain (QA, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, IT)

*Value stream mapping (e.g. HPS)

*Understanding of SAP, ERP

*Data Analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI, Excel skills, statistical models, SQL Querying, VBA)

*Data integration/provisioning & understanding of relational databases

*Data Interpretation & understanding of data modelling techniques, e.g. CRISP-DM

*Cross functional communications and ability to interface

*Project Management

*Ability to understand site strategy and develop action plan from a multiple input

*Working knowledge of current business applications (e.g. SAP, SharePoint application, Azure Dev Ops, Teamcenter)

*Operational experience in at least one supply chain or IT function

*Analytical Mind Set and problem-solving capability

*Systems level thinking

*Innovation mind set

*Interface skills across function

*Self-motivated and organized

*Change Management Ability
