Position Overview:

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a world leader in PLM Software with applications supporting product development and realization across all industries. We are seeking an architect to accelerate our portfolio of MBSE solutions.
Come join a diverse technology and innovation team focused on driving portfolio architecture strategy in Siemens Digital Industries Software. You will be an essential part of a team developing and driving a broad strategy to realize the Siemens Xcelerator SaaS products .
Responsibilities:
- Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders to understand concerns, product capabilities, gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and document concepts, architecture patterns
- Validate with sales, services and customers.
- Create recommendations and help drive implementation
- Propose and execute innovation projects that help drive MBSE product strategy and development
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in Systems Engineering
- Experience with modeling and simulation tools such as Amesim, Matlab, Simulink, Ansys, SysML
- Experience with Systems Engineering methodologies
- Experienced Software Developer
- Demonstrated experience in architecting solutions
- Leadership skills working across teams
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Experience working with enterprise, engineering and PLM Applications
- Experience defining and proposing solutions to customers/engineering teams
- Willingness to “get into it”. Code, test, evaluate and prove out approaches
