Position Overview
The People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner team at Siemens provides a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and driving key initiatives to meet evolving business needs. We strive to be strategic consultants and trusted advisors, collaborating with leadership across society and impacting client groups. As a P&O Business Partner Specialist, you will play an important role in the P&O Business Partner team and will primarily provide value by:
- Monitoring and triaging manager and employee inquiries.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our people experience (including P&O experience) long-term by identifying common trends and gaps in our operating model. Additionally, you make recommendations and suggestions on how to improve process deficiencies.
- Partnering with other Business Partner team members to develop and deliver team assets, presentations, and workshops.
- Performing market research on emerging trends and solutions.
- Working directly with leaders, in partnership with P&O Ecosystem, to understand problems and provide solutions.
While some of our team members have specific customers, this role has the benefit of broad exposure to multiple Siemens business lines, job types, and industries.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience with knowledge of various HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.
- Willingness to travel, estimated at 10-20% for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree required

- Effective relationship-building skills and a reputation as a trusted advisor.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.

- Ability to research and analyze information and use data to make recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $71,300-$122,300. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
