The Operations Manager for Student Activities & Leadership Development Office (SALD) will be responsible for programing and advising various organizations. Primary purpose is to supervise the Siena Night Live (SNL) staff and programming calendar, co-supervise student office & welcome desk staff (work study and non-work study), advise the Commuter Student Association, co-supervise the Commuter Transition Program. They will work collaboratively with the Director and Asst. Directors of SALD to execute primary programs: Orientation, Family Weekend, SienaFest, Senior Week & Commencement.
Supervision and Advising: Supervise Siena Night Live (SNL) student staff, co-supervise Student Activities Leadership Team (SALT), co-supervise Commuter Transition Program (CTP), advise Commuter Student Association (CSA), and co-advise yearbook.
Programming: Collaborate with Director and Assistant Directors in planning various major campus programs and training workshops (club training, concerts, orientation, opening week, family weekend, senior week, commencement, etc.), and staff major programs (includes significant weekend and evening work).
Operations: Includes co-coordinating Saints Connect, and BANNER applications, researching and selecting program vendors, preparing and executing contracts, and coordinate payroll for all student staff. Integrate divisional programming with campus partners and de-conflict campus calendars.
Financial Advisement/Management: Includes co-advising Senate Treasurer, co-advising Senate budget allocation, processing payments (club and office), overseeing annual budgets for SNL, CSA, co-overseeing budgets for CTP.

Job Requirements: *
A background screening will be required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and two years experience working with college students.
