Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Monitor and replenish stock on the sales floor
- Supervise junior staff when necessary
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Understanding of retail math concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
