- Proposal Preparation:
- Assist in the development and formatting of proposal documents, including compliance matrices, executive summaries, technical sections, and pricing tables.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information for proposal content, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs.
- Ensure all proposal materials are accurate, well-organized, and compliant with the solicitation requirements.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary input and ensure timely delivery of proposal components.
- Schedule and participate in proposal meetings, taking detailed notes and tracking action items.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and alignment on proposal objectives and deadlines.
- Document Management:
- Maintain and organize proposal documentation, templates, and reference materials in a centralized repository.
- Track proposal progress and update proposal management tools and databases with relevant information.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review proposal documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards and client requirements.
- Assist in proofreading and editing proposal content to enhance clarity, grammar, and overall quality.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving proposal processes and tools and assist in implementing best practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of proposal templates and guidelines.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software is a plus.
