Sifted is looking for a curious self-starter who can harness the power of conversion rate optimization to strategically improve campaign performance and derive the most value from our marketing efforts.
Reporting to the Sr Marketing Manager, this person will conduct user experience (UX) research, performance analyses, and ongoing CRO tests (A/B tests, multivariate, personalization, etc.) within multiple verticals to optimize conversion rates at every stage of the buying funnel. They will have a direct impact on scaling our business by growing and accelerating the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Leverage data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimize advertising, landing pages, nurture and retargeting programs for all marketing campaigns*
- Determine the best cadence and method of analyzing performance data, presenting actionable insights to the marketing and leadership teams*
- Collaborate with creative and media team members to optimize conversion paths for each inbound channel.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against KPIs (key performance indicators) and ROAS (return on ad spend) targets*
- Use insights to create and execute a robust testing/experimentation strategy designed to drive incremental growth*
- Develop a keen understanding of our clients and their purchase journeys to personalize and improve their experiences
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of related experience. B2B and/or SaaS experience preferred
- A firm grasp of web analytics, UX, A/B testing, and data-driven marketing, with experience using Google Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar or similar tools. Tableau experience a plus
- Experience using Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to efficiently present analysis/insights to senior management
- Must have received all required doses of the Covid-19 Vaccine*
