A quality assurance analyst creates tests to find any problems with software before the product is launched. They identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them. They also must pay very close attention to detail and coach their team on managing testing tools, reporting results, and motivating process improvement. A normal workday for a quality assurance engineer includes developing new tests to run, running the tests, and documenting the results; if any defects are noted the quality assurance analysts will need to collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program. Once the defect has been patched, they will need to run the test again to make sure there are no new bugs and to make sure the defect found has been corrected.

- Android/iOS Mobile test
- Account/SIM Provisioning process (End to End) on MNOs
- SIM/eSIM functionality
- Lab Test Bench Design related to Mobile Test using live NW
- QXDM/XCAL log analysis capabilities
- 4G/5G 3GPP Protocol stack R15 scenarios
- SW Scripting, Automation SW development, Python
PROJECT DETAILS:
- Due new projects been assigned by Spectrum Mobile Product team related to Wholesale Verizon NaaS (Network as A Service) an extra skilled resource is required in order to support the Mobile Certification activities around this project.
- Verizon NaaS project had evolved to multiple small project phases, starting with NaaS SIM and Device Certification using pSIM and allowing to build up EFT (existing project since 2022) based on one single Samsung mobile.
- The new phases been added are the migration to Verizon NaaS eSIM Certification for Commercial launch on multiple capable eSIM and 5G NSA/SA devices.
- On addition, iOS devices need to be re-certified on eSIM provisioning process with eSIM 009 profile and NaaS data.
- We consider that an extra resource focusing on new NaaS projects generated will be required to cope the amount of potential capable devices to be added to 5G SA NaaS system.
