We are a looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant with real estate experience to join our growing team. The person will be responsible to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

We are a looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant with real estate experience to join our growing team. The person will be responsible to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact between the Executive and internal and external stakeholders/clients.
- Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences for the Executive.
- Monitoring & managing the calendar and appointment schedule of the Executive.
- Read and write correspondence in email.
- Sales Related activity such as putting together basic proposals..
- Internet research on various aspects and preparing reports.
- Tenant and Investors correspondence.
- Report writing (such a project updates for stake holders) – 3 page reports.
- Presentation to new investors/ clients on zoom.
- On field showings to new investors.
Required:
- Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience.
- Reliable form of transportation a must.
- Our office is located in Somerset.
- This is a full time, in office position with occasional travel for showings.
