ASC-12990- RN Step Down - Franklin, WI - 13 Weeks Contract
Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a RN Step Down in Stepdown Intermediate Care with one of our client's facility in Franklin WI.
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
Current BLS and ACLS Certifications
Current Registered Nurse License
Needs to have over 1 year of RN experience
Basic computer proficiency inclusive of ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information.
Organizational skills to set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.
Ability to effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
