Position Summary
Monitor inbounds and track warehouse inventory and handling unit(s); prepare reports and process vendor payments
Essential Job Functions
- Monitor inbound and outbound orders; track product progress; reconcile data with SAP; review and track warehouse inventory and handling unit(s); ensure accurate inventory; coordinate overages, shortages and damages claims from final customers and CEDIs; resolve order and product issues
- Coordinate product sample and Point of Purchase (POP) deliveries in collaboration with external vendors
- Provide Billing of Land (BOL) Wand order support to controllers and US COLD.
- Prepare and generate product reports and claim(s); track requests, request hold releases and communicate product status; process withdrawals or recalls
- Review and process payments to vendors; route invoices for approval
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related or four (4) years’ work-related experience
- Two (2) years experience in inventory management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CPG food industry
- Two (2) years experience in import and export
- SAP knowledge
- Bilingual fluency in school English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven organization skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment while presenting a professional demeanor
Environmental/Working Conditions
- Usual office and/or plant environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and/or balancing.
- Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office and/or plant machinery/equipment.
- Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
- Noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office/plant levels to loud levels due to equipment and/or machinery use.
- May work remotely
