Analyst Import and Delivery (Denton, TX)

Position Summary

Monitor inbounds and track warehouse inventory and handling unit(s); prepare reports and process vendor payments

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor inbound and outbound orders; track product progress; reconcile data with SAP; review and track warehouse inventory and handling unit(s); ensure accurate inventory; coordinate overages, shortages and damages claims from final customers and CEDIs; resolve order and product issues
• Coordinate product sample and Point of Purchase (POP) deliveries in collaboration with external vendors
• Provide Billing of Land (BOL) Wand order support to controllers and US COLD.
• Prepare and generate product reports and claim(s); track requests, request hold releases and communicate product status; process withdrawals or recalls
• Review and process payments to vendors; route invoices for approval

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related or four (4) years’ work-related experience
• Two (2) years experience in inventory management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG food industry
• Two (2) years experience in import and export
• SAP knowledge
• Bilingual fluency in school English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven organization skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment while presenting a professional demeanor

Environmental/Working Conditions

• Usual office and/or plant environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and/or balancing.
• Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office and/or plant machinery/equipment.
• Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
• Noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office/plant levels to loud levels due to equipment and/or machinery use.
• May work remotely
