POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides hiring/administrative support for the assigned Human Capital department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Identify areas where there are job openings
- Responsible for Job Posting and advertisement
- Interview and select applicants to fill open positions
- Responsible for Applicant Tracking System
- Have a thorough knowledge of company policies, procedure, culture and working rules
- Responsible for Pre-employment testing, background screenings and Drug Testing
- Conduct on site endurance testing via Job simulation
- Administer New Hire Orientation
- Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to staffing, training and new hire evaluation
- Enroll new hires in all company required software
- Maintain the employee security database, including additions and deletions, ID’s and more
- Responsible for collection required documentation for I-9’s
- Complete Employment Verification
- Represent company during Job Fairs and local events
- Work with Human Capital Team to develop employee events
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of Human Resources experience
- Experience in office suite documents with strength in Microsoft Excel
- SAP HR systems experience

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Hiring experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITITES (KSA’s)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS
- Able to sit for a full shift of at least 8 hours
- Able to stand for at least 4 hours
- Able to walk through all areas of the facility to interact with employees
- Able to stand and assist during employee endurance simulation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
