Are you looking for a new way to deliver Home Health as a Patient Care Associate, Home Health Aide? Are you looking to elevate the patient experience while elevating your career? Signal Health is coming to Eastern Massachusetts area and looking for an experienced Home Health professional to coordinate and deliver care as we start operations in Boston and all of Eastern Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
Provide 24hr care for female who is bedridden and newly discharged from rehab
Assist with meals and ADL's
Qualifications
Experience as a Home Health Aide/PCA who can assist transfers and bedridden care
A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position and grow with company to management level
Strong, professional communication
**Must have reliable transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
