Compensation: $45k - $55k, based on experience, plus bonus
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring the training and operational support needs of regional franchise owners and their key staff are met. They will support local owners and their employees through the use of the Operations Playbook, team meetings, on-site field training, and our technology.
Roles:
- include partnering with Franchisees on new contract bid opportunities and successful delivery of our solutions and overall operations according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with the goal of retaining clients.
- Facilitate effective communications and clear accountabilities among Franchise Owners and their staff to support the launch of any new clients. Participate in the training rollout schedule and co-present alongside team members to successfully launch new clients.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Develop a proactive follow up communication plan with all assigned account contacts. Provide progress reports to clients, Franchisees, and upper management regularly. Assist with client requests and feedback as needed.
- Proactively complete remote and in-market reviews of franchise standards, deployment of technology, and adherence to the franchise operations manual. Develop a travel schedule that prioritizes clients with immediate support needs and ensures all other clients receive routine scheduled site-level follow up.
- Travel to franchise locations to assess the overall execution of assigned account locations and validate the operational areas of the business. Provide feedback and training to support successful performance of operational KPI’s, Officer Brand Experience and the overall brand standards.
- Provide ongoing support and training to Franchise Owners and their teams as it relates to initiatives, technology, and processes essential to daily operational performance and delivery of client services. Participate in periodic regional training for Franchises and their key staff.

Qualifications/knowledge:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be competent at an intermediate level in the following applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Multiple Calendars, webinar software, etc.
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in related field (Security Management, Technical Support, Business Operations, Private Security)
- Military experience not required, but considered a plus
- Must have clean driving record
- Must be able to learn new programs quickly (we have proprietary software that will be used daily)
- Willing to contribute to a “Championship Culture” of teamwork, passion, and collaboration
Skills/Abilities:

- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time, shifting priorities as necessary
- Fluency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to drive and operate Signal 88 patrol vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report
- Must be able to travel by air and car up to 60% of the time

Environmental/Working Conditions:
Normal office environment. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
