Compensation:  $21.60 - $25.00, Non-exempt

Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

About the company:

We offer franchising to entrepreneurs or law enforcement for security guard service firms. Position Summary:

This role is responsible for processing biweekly payroll for multiple businesses throughout the US. As a Payroll Specialist, you will process and address payroll-related matters, along with researching and applying tax knowledge to multi-state Franchises. Willingness to contribute to a culture of teamwork, passion, and collaboration make this the job for you!!!

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll with guidance from individually owned Franchise Owners according to Local, State and Federal laws
• Assist and work with tax filing within ADP Workforce Now.
• Set up garnishment deductions within payroll system
• Create reports for Franchise Owners and Management
• Provide ongoing training on payroll processes and procedures to franchise owners
• Resource for Payroll/Taxes/Legislative updates/Onboarding items/matters
• Answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner
• Projects and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge:

• Experience in payroll processing strongly preferred
• Experience in ADP Workforce Now is preferred, but not required
• Basic Payroll Tax/Garnishment knowledge preferred
