Compensation: $21.60 - $25.00, Non-exempt
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

We offer franchising to entrepreneurs or law enforcement for security guard service firms. Position Summary:
This role is responsible for processing biweekly payroll for multiple businesses throughout the US. As a Payroll Specialist, you will process and address payroll-related matters, along with researching and applying tax knowledge to multi-state Franchises. Responsibilities:
- Process payroll with guidance from individually owned Franchise Owners according to Local, State and Federal laws
- Assist and work with tax filing within ADP Workforce Now.
- Set up garnishment deductions within payroll system
- Create reports for Franchise Owners and Management
- Provide ongoing training on payroll processes and procedures to franchise owners
- Resource for Payroll/Taxes/Legislative updates/Onboarding items/matters
- Answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Projects and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Experience in payroll processing strongly preferred
- Experience in ADP Workforce Now is preferred, but not required
- Basic Payroll Tax/Garnishment knowledge preferred
