Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Position Summary:
The CRM Support Specialist is responsible for being Signals expert around all things HubSpot (current CRM). HubSpot is Signals Customer Relationship Management system and allows the business to build and strengthen relationships with its customers. This role will work closely with the members of Lead Development and other departments to manage the system, navigate challenges within the network, and champion the belief behind the CRM. This role recognizes the importance of communication and collaboration across all departments and can efficiently manage tasks simultaneously.
