Compensation: Salary Plus Quarterly Bonuses and Long-Term Incentive

Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Position Summary:

The CRM Support Specialist is responsible for being Signals expert around all things HubSpot (current CRM). HubSpot is Signals Customer Relationship Management system and allows the business to build and strengthen relationships with its customers. This role will work closely with the members of Lead Development and other departments to manage the system, navigate challenges within the network, and champion the belief behind the CRM. This role recognizes the importance of communication and collaboration across all departments and can efficiently manage tasks simultaneously.


Roles:

  • Develop deep knowledge of HubSpot and its software
  • Provide support across all departments and effectively resolve/troubleshoot issues
  • Partner with the Event and Engagement Manager to lead new HubSpot initiatives and facilitate training sessions
  • Attend weekly calls with our HubSpot Inbound Consultant and other members of Lead Development
  • Collaborate frequently with different departments to pinpoint opportunities across the network

Qualifications/Knowledge:

  • Has strong communication, articulation, and fluid conversation skills
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and work with many roles in various departments
  • Can prioritize customer needs and quickly adapt to priority shifts
  • Willing to contribute to a Championship Culture of teamwork, passion, and collaboration


Skills/Abilities:

  • Understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Signal and its core values (Passion, Honesty & Integrity, Relationships, Serving and Learning)
  • Experience using CRM; HubSpot experience preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and other relevant computer applications
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable flexing between working independently and with a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Environmental/Working Conditions:

Normal office environment. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate.


Physical Demands:
