Implementation Data Specialist

SUMMARY: The primary function of the Data Analyst is to support the on-boarding of new vending projects with new or existing customers from identification of the project (i.e. winning the bid) to post go-live support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
• Responsible for promoting culture of safety
• Analyze customer data provided to create an item master.  
• Prepares item setup templates and ensures that data is accurate, submits to Data Integrity according to project plan by due date.  Including but not limited to min/max, bin assignments, point of use, stockable flag, etc.
• Prepares repack templates as required for any items that will be repacked for vending or the crib to the Vending Replenishment team according to project plan by due date
• Prepares job contract upload according to project plan by due date
• Runs rationalization reports to ensure all items are setup properly in the vending database and P21.   All errors must be resolved according to project plan by due date
• Process additional items needed as required ensure all appropriate setups are completed within vending data and P21 according to project plan by due date
• Prepare other templates that may be required to setup customer, items, prices, or other configurations according to project plan by due date.
• Build items into P21 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of P21, Crib Master, Auto Crib, WebQuery a plus
• Can work within MS Office Suite of applications
• Ability to work on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

• 1 year of industry experience a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.
• Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _50_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.
