What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Signet Management, LLC?

The Property Manager is responsible overseeing all phases of the day-to day-operations for a Class A apartment community located in Cleveland. Responsibilities include leasing, resident retention, driving occupancy and NOI, as well as monitoring maintenance and curb appeal. The Property Manager will ensure that only the highest standards of customer service and care are met while creating an exceptional residential experience. Our Property Managers lead an active and “hands on” approach with all aspects of property functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Resident Relations: Market, qualify and lease to qualified tenants, execute rental agreements, enforce terms of rental agreements, resolve tenant complaints, manage rent roll and service requests.
  • Facilities Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors, regularly inspect the property to ensure overall property appearance, schedule work orders and repairs with maintenance staff, timely resolve emergency maintenance issues.
  • Marketing: Maintain advertising and social media presence through online listings, campaigns, lead follow-up, and tours for prospective residents.
  • Financial Performance Management. Work hand-in-hand with the leadership team to plan and execute the annual operating and capital expenditure budget. Conduct monthly budget variance reports to ensure performance objectives are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • 3-year’s minimum experience in property management as a property manager (preferably in a newly constructed residential community).
  • Familiarity with applicable local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • The ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Strong writing skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Commitment to a team-first environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
