Currently Signode is looking for Accounts Payables Analyst as a team member of Finance Shared Service Center.

Position Overview:

1. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of full accounts payable cycle:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Invoice entry (three way match PO and non-PO), vendor maintenance (SOX compliance) and AP payments.
• Vendor follow up on issues/follow up with buyers
• Act as a liaison between departments and vendors
• Perform other AP duties as requested in accordance with SOX compliance requirements

1. Skills and Knowledge:

1. 1. Excellent communication skills
   2. Must be detail oriented
   3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Prior use of Excel (Pivot tables and V-look ups a plus))
   4. Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
   5. Must be team player with positive attitude
   6. Ability to work independently in a team environment with little management oversight
   7. Ability to interface with employees in various levels of management
   8. Experience using ERP-style financial software (Dynamics AX or Great Plaines preferred)

Duties and Expectations:

1. 1. AP invoice entry (inventory, non-inventory, utilities, leases, etc.)
   2. AP payments for multiple business units on different ERP systems
   3. AP vendor maintenance (follow currently established company policy)
   4. Assist AP Supervisor with new projects and scope expansion for AP SSC team
   5. Execute against key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement
   6. Adhere to procedures and guidelines supporting internal and external control environments
   7. Perform other duties as requested

Relevant Work Experience:

• High School required (Associate degree preferred)
• Must have AP experience in manufacturing industry
• Valid Illinois vehicle driver’s license
