Overview:
As we have enjoyed continual growth, we are now seeking an experienced highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Supervisor. As the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong administrative and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
-Liaison between Sales, Office, Production, and Customer
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, Accounts Payables Process Ownership, Accounts Receivables follow up, Invoice Creation, and record keeping
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
- Assist with training and development of office staff
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place supply orders as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Skills:
- Proven successful experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong problem-solving abilities
