Sigvaris is currently looking for a Production Scheduler to join our team in Holland, MI. As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products. We are a global team on a mission to help people feel their best. The Production Scheduler is responsible for coordinating, planning and scheduling production for all markets. Manages and controls finished goods and WIP to ensure on time service, while controlling inventory cost. This position requires the ability to multitask, while remaining flexible and adapting to changes while generating and maintaining all production orders to support FG and WIP inventories. This position works with the Production Supervisor to ensure on time shipments for customer orders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyzes and reviews current inventory levels of Raw Material, WIP and Finished SKU's in accordance with capacity resources, set procedures and inventory planning guidelines.
• Maintains the upload master data in SNA/ERP as it relates to LT/WOH/FC/Bins/etc. to keep data up to date and relevant.
• Provides daily and weekly production schedules for Sewing, Knitting, and Press Room departments based on production plans, capacity resources, production procedures and inventory planning guidelines.
• Provides daily and weekly capacity reports to Sewing, Knitting and Press Room departments.
• Monitors and measures excess and obsolete in all WH's and coordinates activities to find ways to remove items from the list.
• Analyzes and reviews sales orders for International accounts with inventory level of Finished goods and accessories supplied by Sigvaris-PTC to ensure necessary levels of inventory are maintained.
• Coordinates International orders with both internal and external customers to ensure proper shipping methods, delivery dates, documentation and other requirements are met.
• Acts as an IT liaison between Holland and PTC to support the local network, server and application operations.
• Actively participates in IT operation initiatives in Holland as directed by Corporate IT.
• Provides clerical support to Production Management.
• Performs the functions necessary for receiving inventory and MRO items into the ERP system.
• Ensures 3-way matching of packing slips, PO and receipt journals and submits to Accounting Department for processing.
• Maintains inventory levels including the MRO's for general office items to support office/production departments.
• Back up WH/Shipping personnel as workload requires or in the absence of key personnel.
• Assists with physical inventory counts - Year End & Cycle Counts as instructed in accordance with set procedures and planning schedules.
• Performs inventory, adjustments, transfers and maintenance of raw materials, work in process and finished goods.
• Identifies, reports and corrects errors within the inventory tracking system utilizing SNA reporting and monthly accounting reporting to identify those items needing investigation/correction.
• In conjunction with the Production Supervisor, develops and maintains a cycle counting program making all adjustments as needed. Report variances and communicate to management weekly.
• Supports the Sigvaris Quality System and Quality Policy by following work instructions and creating and maintaining records to meet all internal and external requirements.

• Follows all work instructions, creates and maintains accurate records to meet all internal and external requirements to support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy.
• Accurately performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.
Requirements
EDUCATION and WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Must have an Associate's degree and/or equivalent education and experience.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in purchasing, inventory or related field in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience in managing High SKU inventories.
• Experience working with Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
SKILLS:
• Must be highly self-motivated; have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have good computer skills includes experience working on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Must be a team player.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in both an office and manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filling cabinets and fax machines as well as warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, ladders, scales, tape guns and box cutters.
• Occasionally required to sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, bend, lift or climb.
• Occasionally required to lift over 50 pounds.
• Finger dexterity and hand coordination required.
• The ability to use hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small and large objects is required.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.
