Duties:

- Management of incoming customer purchase orders with prompt and timely review of order submissions to EMSEAL’s Order Entry Team.
- Direct support to customers seeking order details, logistics updates such as order tracking, order confirmations, etc.
- Quote generation to single or multiple customers under the guidance of the Regional Management Team.
- Includes quoting support for Regional Managers
- Quotes are comprehensive including materials and freight costs.
- Must demonstrate a limited, but working knowledge of up-selling opportunities
- Directly manage, track and maintain stocking levels of product ( 20 SKU’s) on hand between multiple facilities.
- Preparation of technical letters, submittal packages, and/or Material Certifications of Compliance (CoC).
- Provide over-the-phone, via online chat, and webinar-based product installation guidance and training.
- Negotiation alongside Sales Team, the successful resolution of complaints with affected parties.
- Assist sales and project acquisition team with pipeline management to provide a clear and organized project pipeline organization data.
