Our focus on quality and expert service has led to explosive growth, so we are seeking an Electrical Manager to join our team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES

• Oversee service department requests, providing management and oversight for small and mid-size electrical projects.
• Schedule, manage, and direct service electricians and monitor the progress of current and pending projects.
• Evaluate each project’s scope of work; prepare quotes, materials lists, and the project’s schedule for completion.
• Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding project progress and customer satisfaction.
• Be a source of information for product-knowledge, service, and work processes for both employees and customers.
• Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws.
• Help train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes.
• Performs site visits as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:

• Electrical supervision or management experience
• MA Journeyman or Master Electrician license with knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Strong leadership abilities with a growth mindset
