Job Responsibilities
- Dispatch Field Technicians
- Company customer database maintenance
- Working with Microsoft Excel to prepare reports for management
- Answering the telephone, answering customer questions and routing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Job Requirements
- Diligent and confident work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Excel and Word – must be proficient with sorting, formulas, formatting, etc.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED
- Successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
