What you’ll do:

• Serve as the primary customer contact and respond to customer inquiries and requests
• Identify customer current and possible future needs and communicate that information to the Outside Account Manager
• Process data, manage and coordinate the day-to-day communications and product flow through the supply chain from the warehouse to order fulfillment with Silgan customers, sales management teams, and internal resources
• Expand relationships, resolve customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal, cross-functional resources to provide unparalleled service to our customers
• Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity and achieve company revenue goals
• Monitor customer payments and credits using accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions

We need you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree; will consider the experience in lieu of degree
• 2 years of customer service experience; ideally customer account management
• Attention to detail and good at math
• Analytical and process-oriented mind
• Proficient computer skills and proficient in MS Office
