Job Posting for Independent Physicians Association (IPA) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Silicon Valley Medical Development

The Independent Physicians Association (IPA) CEO has the executive management responsibility for the IPA’s strategic direction, operations, fiscal viability and provider community relations and advancement. The IPA CEO is also responsible for the development of and/or facilitation of the IPA’s mission, vision, goals, strategic plans and driving change to realize results of the plan.  The IPA CEO oversees IPA operations to ensure efficiency, quality service and cost-effective direction and management of IPA resources.  The IPA CEO is also responsible for all of the oversight and dashboard metrics results of the delegated service that are performed by the Management Services Organization (MSO).

 

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as IPA CEO or an executive position in a managed care organization.
  • Experience in a variety of leadership roles, such as a managed care program, medical group or IPA.
  • Experience in dealing with the complexities and intricacies of the health payment system.
  • Excellent leadership  competencies
