Position Summary:
Analyze sales goals. Provide tracking, measuring and updates to the sales department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, track and measure sales goals on a daily basis
- Provide clear communication on sales goals to all required departments
- Maintain Anheuser Busch Wholesaler Portal (ABWP)
- Build and maintain incentive tracking
- Maintain Big Tin Can shared files
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Must be able to work early mornings, and some evenings, events, weekends, and holidays
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three (3) years of sales and management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Advance computer knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point Margin Minder and Mobility knowledge preferred
- Must have a?smart phone with a camera?and data capability
Physical Requirement:
- Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)
- Continuous standing and walking, up to 8 hours at a time
- Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20-161lbs
- Ability to operate a two or four-wheel dolly
- Must be able to push 300lbs dolly load and move 161lb kegs
- Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack
- Frequent driving distances between 0-75 miles in one sitting
- Frequent climbing pushing, pulling and maneuvering dolly, hand truck, boxes, cases, and kegs
Working Conditions:
- All weather conditions (indoor & outdoor) including high temperatures, cool/cold temperatures, wind, ice, humidity, rain, fog, hail, sleet and snow
- Daylight, twilight, evening and dark lighting conditions
- Noise, vibration, dust, dirt, airborne particles, fumes
- Work hours will vary daily due to business needs
