SilverCrest Properties is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Clinical Director at our Parkshore Senior Community in Saint Louis Park, MN.
Sign on bonus: $5,000 paid out $1,666 at a time after 6, 12 & 18 months of Full time or Part Time employment in good standing.
Your role:
The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall management and success of the home care program-planning, directing, performing, facilitating, and monitoring the entire clinical care program. The Clinical Director will ensure that staff is trained in the company's policies and procedures and will also ensure that the home care services are in compliance with current regulations and standards.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
- Assesses, plans, develops, implements and intervenes using the nursing process to meet the resident's health care needs.
- Assures that each home care staff person is orientated to the individual needs of each resident the person will serve.
- Attends, or provides input for resident care conferences.
- Facilitates communication in counseling residents and families with concerns about health care and medication needs.
- Develops a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures: works with the community team and corporate to ensure compliance.
- Monitors regulatory issues and compliance for state licensure surveys.
- Responsible for management and supervision of care staff, including performance management and training. Ensures team is inspired, equipped and held accountable for job expectations.
- Provides residents and families with individualized attention and the highest level of customer service.

What's important to us:
- Must be registered and licensed in the state of Minnesota as a RN and in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in assisted living or related health care field
- CPR certification are required
