Description
The Property Manager is responsible for effectively managing and coordinating people, activities and available resources in order to maximize the successful operation of the property.
Primary Duties:
- Work with the Regional Manager, Director of Property Management, company objectives, annual budget and corporate leadership to determine property operating objectives and plans to achieve them.
- Responsible for the development of the property team members to maximize performance.
- Take a hands-on approach to any necessary duties to accomplish objectives as well as to facilitate the successful performance of others.
- Initiate and manage all core business processes, including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment and team development.

Qualifications:
Education-
Bachelors or better.
Experience- Minimum 5 years experience as a property manager
Available some evenings and weekends
Ability to train, develop, lead and mentor a high-functioning team of employees
Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, e-mail and property/asset management software
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Pay: $39,661.00 - $88,461.00 per year
