We are looking for a passionate person who will sit in our office in Reston Virginia as our front desk receptionist and will be a part of the Employee Experience Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact as you'll play a role in ensuring and maintaining a well-organized work environment and creating the best experience for our employees. You will take part in all employee’s touch points, be responsible for employees life cycle events, support our facilities needs and take a part in planning and executing happy hours, employee engagement activities, team gathering etc’

In your role, you support all of our Reston employees and also will work with our US team in support to other offices in the US..
So, what will you be doing all day?
Your role as part of the Employee Experience Specialist means your daily responsibilities may include:
- Overlooks office reception (front desk), meet & greet all visitors to the office
- Assist Reston employees with their administrative needs to create an excellent employee experience
- Administrative Assistant for CMO in the Reston office
- Ensuring the office work-environment is kept and organized to a high standard
- Support ongoing projects on all relevant admin aspects
- Managing external vendors (office supplies, cleaning crew, refreshments etc)
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and touch point
- Support the employee experience team in the US in administration and other activities
This is the perfect job for someone who:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as an office manager/ employee experience specialist at a High Tech company / young startup
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic
- Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
- Great communication skills: written and verbal
- Service oriented, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
- Experience of working with employees at all levels
