Qualifications:
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving daily IT issues. This position involves utilizing the IT helpdesk system to document all IT related incidents, as well as implementing appropriate troubleshooting solutions. The role requires direct collaboration with both end-users and the IT team.
Responsibilities:

- Provides technical support and customer service by directly responding to end user ticket requests and inquiries.
- Tracks incidents and calls by entering data into the IT helpdesk ticket system timely and accurately.
- Provides on-site and remote technical support with training, troubleshooting, hardware installation, and software issues.
- Works closely with IT Director and Global IT team on projects.
- Participates as an integral part of the team, exhibiting ownership, follow through, initiative, awareness and effective communication with customers, peers, upper tiers, and management.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in IT or 2-5 years relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Office 365 administration
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Knowledge of Sage ERP X3 preferred.
- Knowledge of Mitel preferred.
