ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to and resolves Help Desk and Hardware escalations.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for helpdesk and hardware support and fulfillment.
- Responds to local site and radiologist needs when on site presence is required.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions may require exercising independent judgment.
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
- Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
May require an associate degree in a related area and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
