Account Manager

JOB TITLE: Account Manager

HOURS: Tuesday to Saturday 8:00 to 4:30

SUMMARY

This individual is responsible for development, implementation and over all client service protocols that support the business sales goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Build and ensure long-term customer relationships
• Provide customer support as needed through email, phone calls and site visits
• Escalate relationships or service issues to manager
• Monitor supply deliveries to ensure supply fulfillment are delivered in a timely manner to LTC/ Clinical clients. May need to serve as a collector in LTC facilities.
• Train clients on packaging and shipping protocols
• Check in with assigned clients on a weekly basis
• Review daily leak and positive reports and take action as needed
• Create labels for LTC client requisitions and specimens
• Resolve sales support request
• Create new clients in PowerLab and Lab Nexus.
• Attend sales calls/meetings in person or zoom.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2 to 5 years of account management or equivalent experience in Healthcare

Language skills: Can communicate with all levels in the company and at the client offices.

Dress Code: Must follow company’s dress code policy

Hours: This job may require continuous or discontinuous hours. A full time employee is expected to work a cumulative 40 hours every week. The number hours worked in a day depends on job necessity that day.
