We are seeking a talented Program Director, Events & Travel who can join our team to work with our enterprise clients producing live events, meetings and incentive travel. You must have strong communication, leadership and project management skills, as well as experience building and managing relationships with senior leadership at enterprise organizations. You will provide outstanding customer service and organize memorable events that meet the highest expectations. It is key to be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with moderate supervision. The ability to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for client events is essential.
The candidate will have experience in producing live events...sales meetings, customer events, executive summits, conferences, product launches, incentive travel and more. You will provide leadership and direction on all assigned projects, ensuring follow through from an inception to implementation. You will be responsible for serving as a primary contact for the client team during the event engagement process. Acting as a project partner, you will work towards establishing an excellent working relationship with our clients and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service the company is providing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary contact for the client team during the live event engagement process
- Oversee complex, ongoing project management of simultaneous events, delivering events on time, within budget and exceeding client expectations.
- Provide clients with an understanding of requirements to create their events and provides training as needed.
- Provide vision and direction to internal creative services and communication teams stakeholders for outlining and executing project objectives
- Establishes an excellent working relationship with assigned clients and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service the company is providing
- Participates in client meetings and conference calls to identify issues and make recommendations on how to eliminate future occurrences
- Escalate issues to management outside of an employees' control and could adversely impact service provided to the client
- Coordinate multiple projects at various stages of the lifecycle of the project
- Keep up to date on event technology and event best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to be innovative and think outside of the box
- Multi-lingual in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Chinese or Korean a plus
REQUIREMENTS
- B.S./B.A., preferred
- 2-4 years post-education experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
- 5 years project management
- 10 year live events, meetings and incentive experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Strong follow-up and communications skills
- Highly seasoned project management skills
- Born multi-tasker who is deadline driven
- Attention to detail
- Proficient level experience in MS Office, Google Drive, Mac, PC
- Strong analytical capabilities

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
