Position Title : Jr Marketing Coordinator
Reports To : Marketing Director

Classification : Full-time
Summary / Job Objective :
various duties to support Simplicity Group as well as individual sales office marketing initiatives and other
related tasks.
Essential Job Function :
This position requires effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in using
Microsoft Products and the Google Suite.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Ensure effective communication between the marketing team
- Assist Simplicity Group and individual sales offices with marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and maintain marketing project workflow
- Support the Marketing Team by helping with various other marketing tasks that may or may not
be related to marketing campaigns
Qualifications :
This position requires a 4-year degree and previous similar experience preferred. A positive attitude and
focus on team success are a must.
Core Competencies :
Must be professional, detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Must possess outstanding
organization and time management skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick
turnarounds and the ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously producing error-free
work. Ability to work alone and with a team.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Base salary of $45,000 - $47,500 depending on skill and experience
- Annual target bonus (up to 5% of base salary)
