The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to define and build our FP&A function. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Operations, the successful Candidate will play a critical role in transforming the overarching company strategy into a long-range plan with annual operating and capital budgets, and supporting management team with data-driven analysis to derive business insights in a growing, technologically advanced, and fast-paced environment.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing
- Develop an integrated planning processes and systems to drive company-wide strategic planning processes, including the development and management of company operating model
- Partner effectively with functional teams to track performance against targets and provide strategic insights to management
- Lead the compilation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting, metrics and analysis, forecasting, Quarterly Board materials, Investor presentations, and ad-hoc financial analyses and projects
- Develop and maintain department-specific financial models and dashboards to provide management team with insights into their KPIs
- Support ongoing functional planning and analysis by providing financial insights through analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management team
- Support equity and debt fundraising activities
Your Skillset

- Experience: 5-8 years of relevant finance experience, high-growth SaaS start-up experience preferred.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA a plus
- Knowledge: A strategic thinker and functional business partner, you have a strong business acumen and know that problem-solving goes beyond the numbers. You can think through multiple scenarios and apply strategic judgment to assist with decision making.
- A passion for building financial infrastructure and rolling up your sleeves to dig into the details.
- Natural talent and energy: You are a self-starter and have a bias for action. You will have a unique opportunity to help shape the FP&A function, create new analyses and cross-functional projects.
- Excellence: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, financial planning and data visualization tools. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities and the ability to develop creative solutions for challenging, open-ended problems. Knowledge of NetSuite and Domo is a plus.
- Communication and trust: Excellent communication and people skills and an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth company. Proven ability to build strong working relationships with business partners and are seen as a trusted advisor.
