- Review production schedules and confer with supervisor staff to plan shift operation
- Assign duties to workers according to production schedules and demonstrate safe and efficient use of equipment
- Inspect machinery and equipment to verify conformance to production standards; prepare time, attendance, and production reports
- Run, schedule, and ensure all metrics are being met daily
- Delegate and monitor workers in completion of tasks and schedules
- Lead process and/or quality teams on improving workflow and quality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
