Sinfulicious Bodycare is looking for a Retail Manager that is tenacious, ambitious, competitive, challenging, professional, visionary, works well under pressure with a passion to succeed and breed success.
Past Experience Required:
- History of hitting and accomplishing company goals.
- 2 years in high end Retail Sales Management or in management requiring goals targeting daily, weekly and monthly.
- Degree in business management, a plus, with history of retail management experience. Bilingual a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be a hands-on leader, with an entrepreneurial spirit, high energy and pay attention to detail.
- Demonstrated results in previous leadership roles that create a customer service focused environment, with the ability to hire and train all team members, on an over the top customer service level.
- Has the ability to challenge others to be there best, with the skills to inspire and lead all staff members into success.
- Must have the capability to develop a team that is consistently hitting their weekly goals. Must be able to develop, implement and track a plan, when store sales are down.
- Must have a proven track record of exceptional training skills, in all areas of retail, with the ability to facilitate ongoing training and support to all staff members.
- Present a well stocked and impeccably cleaned store at all times, with the aptitude to train on merchandising.
- Past experience with enforcing company policies.
- Excellent communication skills, with your sales team and direct supervisors.
- Hiring and termination experience, with some experience in California and Federal laws.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Ensuring daily, weekly and store goals are being hit.
- Excellent customer service, amongst yourself and all staff members, at all times.
- Creating and overseeing store schedules, based off of each person's sales results.
- Overseeing and ensuring all positions are be completed effectively, productive with job required results; Assistant Managers, Sales Ambassador, Key holders, Sales Associates, Lotion Samplers and Merchandisers.
- Enforce compliance with all policy and procedures and store standards amongst all staff members.
- Must be able to work 40 hours in a week.
- Ensuring all weekly-required paperwork is turned in on time weekly.
- Being able to effectively communicate with your supervisor on authorizing in store promotions, events and specials.
- Continually evaluate and manage performance challenges.
- Manage inventory.
- Ensuring dress code and professionalism is always 100 percent fully in place amongst the entire staff.
- Run some store errands.
- Facilitate store meetings.
- Set up monthly store meeting.
- Hiring, with the ability to terminate effectively through Company standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
