INVENTORY COORDINATOR
Summary
Inventory Coordinator at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and supporting the Inventory Manager in order to exceed their volume and margin goals. The position is non-exempt.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure database is complete and up to date with all details of each unit
- Effectively supports all Team Members to insure a professional work environment
- Maintains Lightspeed for all new, used, consigned, and purchased Boats, Motors, and Trailers
- Provides excellent communications with Service Department and Store Managers to confirm locations are correct in database, making changes as needed
- Reviews manufacturer invoices for accuracy
- Develops relationships with manufactures to ensure accuracy of rebate reconciliations
- Organizes all work with Inventory Management
Qualifications & Expectations
- Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Inventory and Sales team members’ objectives
- Proves reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules
- Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat
- Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
- Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization
