What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at Sinnemon Consulting?
A professional family looking to grow their team with a personal assistant, household manager, nanny/babysitter, as their careers continue to grow. An ideal fit would be someone who is detail-orienated, highly organized, individual who can run the behind the scenes of their home and household services. Must be comfortable around children and be able to be flexible to babysit in the evenings on occasion and to jump in when needed by mom during the day. The role is structured as full-time position, 40 hours a week at $15.00/Hr. This role does include cleaning and cooking. This position will be daily scheduled and tasks will be handed out weekly. This is a great position for someone who is looking to be able to go with the flow and do what is asked. The role is not for someone who does not want to work and who will call out sick. It does require refrences, background check, drug test, and MVR. This is an all in one job that you must be able to switch hats on a dime, as the schedule shifts and changes daily but it will be communicated and organized. This entrepreneurial couple is focused on getting their household in order and taking care of things. Their jobs are very demanding, however they do work a hybrid home-office format as well as in-office format. Being able to stay focused and complete each task daily is required.
A great fit would be an experienced and confident HM who can come in and provide effective solutions while picking up on the family’s preferences quickly. They have had professional services like live-in nanny help them in the past, so systems are in place, but with kids and building businesses it’s been hard to keep this up.
Looking to replace their two times a week housecleaning service and roll those duties into this position. Experience with cleaning big homes and keeping them tidy would be required.
Full time: 5 days/week - 40 hours
