General Summary
Housekeeping is a physically demanding job that accounts for the maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned facility. To maintain clean, sanitary, and comfortable amenities to employees and visitors.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Vacuuming, sweep, mop and waxing floors depending on needs.
· Clean and maintain sanitary condition of restrooms and break areas
· Replenish restroom supplies as needed
· May require some moderate lifting
· On occasion may require some outside work
· Clean and maintain lobby area
· Empty trash containers
Required Qualifications
· Able to read and follow label instructions on cleaning supplies
· Two (2) years of Housekeeping and maintenance experience
· Able to lift 30 pounds
Education:
· High School
