Seeking a motivated detail oriented Proposal Coordinator with creativity to join our team. The Proposal Coordinator will report to and collaborate with company leadership to develop proposals, find leads, coordinate with partners/subcontractors, and support the overall marketing strategy.
Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials for the A/E/C industry
- Work with various managers on the preparation and completion of proposals
- Participate in go/no-go decisions regarding RFPs/RFQs
- Coordinate data calls with subcontractors in preparation for proposal
- Assist in interview preparation
- Database entry and maintenance
- Develop written and graphic material
- Corporate event preparation/assistance
- Track marketing events and photography of projects
- Update internal resumes, project information documentation, and certifications
- Additional duties depending on interests can include website updates, social media, attend marketing events and pre-proposal meetings, assist with trade shows and training videos.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work experience in a similar role or a minimum of 5 years of A/E/C experience required
- MUST have InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite experience
- MUST have excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
- MUST possess the ability to collaborate and integrate with other professionals
- Experience with GovWin (or similar) a plus
- Knowledge of the Federal market is a plus
- Knowledge of BetaSAM and public RFP searches is a plus
