Job DescriptionWe are looking for a self-motivated individual, who has the highest standards of accuracy and precision, results oriented, efficient, highly organized, motivated, low ego and proactive. The candidate needs to be comfortable rolling up their sleeves and perform detailed work and yet can see the big picture from a holistic perspective.

The position has dual responsibilities: 1) Oversee the corporate FP&A functions to meet the current business objectives and aligns with future strategic plan. 2) Work very closely with the shareholder to meet the reporting and analytical requirements.
The ideal candidate for this role will leverage strong executive, operational, and analytical experience. To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to be a hands-on and detail-oriented leader. This candidate is also required to have significant experience working with senior management teams.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide global oversight and guidance to Financial Planning & Analysis. Assist the CFO in understanding the financials, bring transparency and clarify of financial status to the executive team and shareholders. Have a solid track record in teaming up with functional heads to help them understand the numbers, provide insights/recommendations to drive gross margin, profitability and optimize working capital.
- Develop and prepare monthly/quarterly forecasting in support of earnings guidance, development/reporting of KPIs which track and monitor progress of the business, monthly budget versus actual reporting and analysis of key company initiatives.
- Drive development of analytics and cost savings strategies. Lead and continuously improve the annual planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes. Monitor business performance against established goals and key performance indicators, help business make sense of the financials, identify opportunities for business growth.
- Partner to develop and execute long-term strategic plans and provide modeling/analytical support for strategic growth projects, new product development, and other corporate development initiatives.
- Own the operations review analysis and be present the financial results to the shareholders monthly.
- Manage the priorities, roles and responsibilities of the team ensuring it is clearly defined and communicated. Provide prompt and objective feedback and coaching to enhance or improve performance. Help to build efficiency and accountability.
- Complete special and ad-hoc projects as requested to support business needs.
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification and "Big 4" experience are highly preferred. Good understanding of accounting is required.
- Experience working in a finance leader capacity in a global organization is required. Ideally, this candidate has experience in pharmaceutical or medical device company with minimum of 15 years increasing responsibilities in FP&A.
- Bilingual Mandarin and English is required giving the interaction this role has with shareholders.
- Five or more years of leading a team with demonstrated ability to build a high - performance team that is efficient and result oriented.
- Strong ability to breakdown and understand financial results, and effectively handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage through multiple time sensitive deliverables from planning to execution stages; effectively managing resources to meet all timelines and competing priorities.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized and proactive.
- Demonstrated skills in driving continuous improvement in the areas of responsibility to drive transition to "best in class" finance organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of manual and automated finance systems
