Position Summary This position is at a multi-level, where you will be acting as both a Sales Manager as well as Account Manager.As an Account Manager, you will be directly responsible for managing both the domestic and international client relations and account strategy. This position must exemplify all of Sirva’s core values at all times.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting up surveys and quoting on competitive moves for accounts, overseas agents and consumers that has not yet been booked or clients who require individual quotations from a budget and order conformation perspective. To be successful, the Sales Manager will set up surveys timely and provide on time the most efficient and cost-effective moving quotes to increase closing ratios.
50% Account
ManagementResponsible for managing international client relations, account strategy, trend analysis and upselling new and existing products for existing clients. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction with program costs and service. Maintain and approve client portfolio of revenue and profit projections. Primary contact to the corporate client in the administration of client’s relocation program. In collaboration with policy consulting department to research and recommend policy changes as needed to enhance effectiveness of client’s relocation program. Resolve complex problems for clients to maximize customer satisfaction. Facilitation of client reporting based on client needs. Plan and conduct client reviews and meetings. Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and propose new services and/increase fees.Partner with Relocation Managers, Supply Chain, and Client Finance to achieve client goals by maintaining and measuring metrics through an audit driven environment. Communicate policy changes to team. Coordinate and lead client update meetings with operations team.Pull and compile reports per client requests. Review and present this information in a consistent format to our corporate clients
50% Sales Management Upon receipt of a survey request for removal services, reach out to the transferee to introduce themselves using existing e-mail templates or via phone, depending on the preference of the account, agent or consumer.Coordinate survey dates amongst the transferee, the surveyor, the origin agent or through our 3rd party virtual survey provider. Follow-up the day after survey for results and chase/escalate until received.Communicate progress with the account, agent or consumer. QuotingPlan and ensure the most efficient and cost-effective shipment routing based on customer requirements.Use existing tariffs and negotiate with agents and vendors for best pricing.Send quotation or rate request on time to account, agent or consumerFollow up on quotes sent, negotiate and increase closing ratios.Once booked, coordinate handover to the Move and relocation coordinators.QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
Native Level in Danish
2-3 years of Moving experience preferred
3-5 years business/management experience
Excellent presentation skills
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Financial/accounting knowledge preferred
Strong skillset in English language required
Exudes high energy that can be felt over the phone/email
Strong creative and out of the box routing skills
Knows how to optimize the margin by efficiently routing
